Where Do You Smoke Your Pipe?

I smoke outside, usually a smoking area with picnic tables in the back of my building. Last 3 or so years i have lived here you couldnt smoke in your apt anymore.

You aren't permitted to smoke in your own home? Wtf?
What kind of insanity allows such senselessness?


I thought that communism was finished in Russia? [You must live in China or N.Korea I'm presuming?]

At home I smoke anywhere I damn well please ...... unless kids are visiting, then I'll go without or step outside.

Funny thing is a mates 5yo boy asks me to light up a bowl when he visits.

It is actually quit mild this weekend, about 32 F. Last weekend was about 34 F and I spent a total of about 3 hours on the deck smoking a pipe. Now the week before that it was in the -20s F and I did not sit on the deck smoking.
