Wife sent me to the store with a list, found everything ok but you should've seen the look on the face of the produce lady when I asked her where the shit ache mushrooms were. Spicy Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli Rice Noodle Soup. Used the pork stock from making the Filipino pork, plus extra lemongrass and Thai chiles leftover from the same dish.
