BLT’s. I must say the bacon was not up to par this time around though. After 3 or 4 glasses of wine, the bacon tasted much better. The wife did a fine job picking the wine out

It may be low effort Tbaggins, but boy does that look good. Often on meatless Fridays during Lent I will do a baked potato with cottage cheese and a ton of fresh ground black pepper.

It was very tasty, some green onions and jalapeño will go on next time!

I love corned beef. Even the tinned stuff, though it's got hellish expensive over here lately. Corned beef hash and corned beef pie take some beating.

Oklahoma fried onion burgers. So simple and the sum is better than its parts. I'd be hard pressed to make a burger any other way (except grilled or smoked).

Seasoned beef pan fried with thinly sliced sweet onions and topped with American cheese. Simple and delicious.
