Chris, some years ago I was sitting in the Driftwood Spars pub, right by the sea in St. Agnes and was having a really good chat about music (it's a well known music venue) to some stranger sat at the bar.
Only after he left the barman asked me if I knew who he was, I said I'd never met him before. Turned out it was Dave Davies, younger brother of Ray! He apparently lives/lived nearby.
