I bought a cd of the Flaming Lips because it was mentioned that it had lots of deep bass. It didn't, and I couldn't make it through more than 1 0 seconds of any cut.

I was playing Tom Waits' Nighthawks At The Diner on the turntable tonight. I love this album; bought it back in the late 70s. Here's a terrific paean those late-night, greasy-spoon diners, that cater to the midnight-to-dawn folk.
