I had my first dud today. Lit Perla Del Mar Maduro, could not draw. Too much work trashed it. Onto something else...

Curivari Cremas. With Kaniche XO rum. I was going to say it a nice medium ho hum cigar... but the final third is turning super creamy rich and flavorful. Ok airing nicely with the rum + 1 ice cube.

Cohiba Red Dot (tin version). It Could be inconsistency, actual adjustment, or my own familiarity. After a month or so in the Pelicandor, these are tasting better. More flavors early on. That burnt toffee peanut a reviewer described, stuck in my head and now I am getting it.

Smoking a Herrera Esteli Norteno. This is a good example of a San Andres-wrapped cigar I never had any real love for in the past, but seem to enjoy a lot more right now.

First visit to Big Sticks in Mesa, AZ ( lucky, visiting a client across the street, had no idea it was there). Just a shout out for them, very nice place.

Diesel Grind Toro, my first one. 1/2 way in and really like it thus far. I have a feeling it might pick up some strength and kick my ass though. Glad tomorrow is Frida, cheers.
