Careful that thing looks loaded like a rifle! Are those among the stronger LFF blends? I learned to tread lightly with them years ago after a young double ligero laid me out.

It's St. Paddy's Day. People are hitting the hooch hard. Actually got a vid from a buddy just pouring Guinness all over his brisket in the smoker. He was quite intoxicated for how early in the day it was.
Ahhh brisket the traditional food of the Irish. Along with this bread apparently. “Jewish Rye. Happy St Patrick’s Day!”
Indirect smoker. It just covered a brisket with fish bladder and whatever the hell else they put in export Guinness.
