Steve Saka was indeed working at Drew Estate. He is considered a bit of unorthodox and not traditional in almost everything he does. People bothered him so much to make a Lancero blend and he named it #NLTHA; Now Leave Me The Hell Alone. He only blends and picks the tobacco, the Sobremesa is produced by Joya which makes it a very good cigar construction wise. I think they are spot on, the Sobremesa blend I like the most. The only real downside can be price, MSRP they can be kinda expensive, he even made a 100 dolar cigar called the Unicorn (which is kinda funny again...).
I love the NLTHA name, especially given its origin. Would you be comfortable sharing the price of the cigar? He probably used some rare, choice tobacco.

I went to the 09/16 Halfwheel and found this:

As with the rest of the Sobremesa line, the Short Churchill is composed of an Ecuadorian habano grade 1 dark rosado wrapper, a Mexican Matacapan negro de temporal binder and five fillers: Nicaraguan GK Condega C-SG seco, Nicaraguan Pueblo Nuevo criollo viso, Nicaraguan La Joya Estelí C-98 viso, Nicaraguan ASP Estelí hybrid ligero and broadleaf ligero from Lancaster County, Pa.

Price from $10 - $13.50 per.

All these tobaccos blended by the capable Mr. Saka seem quite delectable. Yikes! I sense some hefty tobacco goodness. Sign me up for a virtual box of 10:):).

LAT52, not bad, not great. I REALLY wish they would make some more La Mission 1959s. or any La Missions. Were they discontinued?!?!

No, I don't think they were discontinued. Smoking Pipes has them, and I had one at my local B&M a month or so ago. One of the best San Andres wrapped cigars in the world, IMO. Well, except the time I bought a full box and they weren't very good. But every other time I've had them, across years and most of the sizes... Excelente.
