AJ Fernandez New World Dorado. I’ve greatly wanted to try some New World’s for a while. This is the only iteration I’ve had, and it’s a very nice cigar so far.

The first time I had one I was super unimpressed. It was just straight damp earth. I think they get a little smoother and livelier with some age.

Matilde Limited Exposure No. 1 2021. Extremely impressive cigar. Construction is flawless, which I honestly appreciate more than great flavor. If a cigar tastes amazing but is a stressful pain in the ass to smoke, I don’t enjoy it at all.

Do you mind me asking where you grabbed that? I've been looking to try some Casa Turrent cigars... thought I'd be able to find them in Mexico but so far only Habanos and Te Amos. I believe they have a lounge in Mexico City so hopefully I'll check it out when I'm there next month.

I keep getting them in my monthly bag from My Cigar Pack, so I actually haven’t tried to buy them anywhere! The construction was pretty “rustic”, shall we say, on that last one. But the flavors were nice and interesting.

Trinidad Espiritu No. 2 Toro. A few months of age has turned this into what is probably the best cigar in my humidor. I took a gamble buying 20 of these without knowing if they were any good because the price was too great to pass up. I’m happy to say these paid off
