Caldwell Long Live the King 11/07. Nice cigar, but not $25 nice. Probably my seventh or eighth Caldwell and I still don’t get the hype. I’m patiently waiting for my eyes to roll back in my head and my toes to curl with pleasure. Ah, well. Better luck next time.

I’ll add to the above post: I’m at around the halfway point and this has turned out to be quite complex, and better than expected. Certainly the best Caldwell I’ve had so far. I’m going to quit being a judgmental asshole and buy one of their darker offerings. I’ll freely admit that I have the palate of a starving raccoon and habanos are not in my wheelhouse.
