If I would've known it was barber pole cigar Sunday, I would've grabbed one of my LFD Mystery Salomones. Ah well, this '15 PLMC will have to do. Fantastic as always.
Being one of my favorites for some time now and blowing through quite a few boxes over the years, I have to say that there is usually some variation of the blend within the same box. Some are more earthy, or more creamy, or more redolent with that note I can only call "that Cuban musk." This particular example has the fruity apricot notes dialed way up, to the point that it tastes like candied apricots that have been preserved in Brandy. Very, very nice.

Illusione Oneoff with some Panamanian coffee
First of the year...Perdomo Habano Bourbon Barrel-Aged Sungrown with some Calumet Farm 16 Year.
Aladino Classic Robusto. A bit lighter than my normal fare, but this is a delightful little cigar.
Perdomo Fresca by the pool, Coke. My favorite bundle cigar, Connecticut Toro.
Did you cut the cap completely off?
