Updates from my viewing:

Dexter: New Blood - 3.5/5, good ending

Station Eleven - 5/5 - I really enjoyed the book and the tv show (HBO Max) is equally as good. 9 part mini-series, which is the way to get this kind of book on the screen. Highly recommended.

The Expanse - Season 6 (and final) - 5/5 - outstanding, the best sci-fi show since BSG. Also highly recommended.

Hoping to watch the Ray Donovan movie today, in the snow storm, we enjoyed the series. (hoping it will be better than the Soprano's movie...)
The trailer looks great.

The Vast of Night on Amazon.

The slowest of slow burns. Excellent acting. Fantastic dialog between the characters.

Good, not great. If you're into SciFi and more specifically UFO's, it's worth a watch otherwise pass. 4/5*

We’ve been binging BritBox, and just about to finish Casualty 1900’s. Great period piece, but it only shows the patients smoking pipes in bed occasionally. 4.5/5…. Nice gorey surgery scenes. And nice character development.

Gradually working through Bergerac. Season 5 this weekend. It’s 4-5 stars most of the time. Good for what it was, when it was. Sort of like if Magnum was really a cop, and on Jersey, and actually owned his own cool car and without sidekicks. Tom Nettles is good, stories okay most of the time, but how much can you do.

It's on Acorn here in the States. I am new to Acorn, but it appears to be a sub of Amazon behind a paywall. I have subbed because of a series my GF wanted to see.,

Yes, that's Sir David Jason who starred in A Touch Of Frost. Great actor.

I’m 4 seasons in. 4.5/5. Stunningly well done in many aspects. There’s even realistic pipe smoking throughout.
