Did a second set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2015 D&R A.B. Rimboche in an undated slight bend, smooth flame grain Wessex Standard egg with a brown accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem. Tomato the Brave kept coming to me for attention every time I came down the hill. He's eaing now. Harry the Hairy stood guard at the end of my driveway. I got a review tin from Smoking Pipes, which will be my next smoke.
Worked on the mowers this morning while smoking some Grainger. End of season maintenance.
Now I'm smoking some more Grainger while cleaning up the wild flower bed.

Saving my empty pipe baccy packets for Nottingham Pipe Show & my next time I go to Buxton for my loose pipe baccy. Saved over 200 items of plastic packaging this year, not including refilling my water bottles when I go to Buxton & my loose Gawith Hoggarth. Broke my dustpan so looking at getting a vintage one.
Foraged & free fruit is the best; made a crumble with some apples I got at Inkerman orchard near me & some blackberries from Mum & Dad's garden. Looking to reduce plastic waste even further!

Now smoking C&D Carolina Red Flake 2024 (Small Batch) in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow stem. Not a hard blend to review. I don't know when it goes on sale, but I am guessing that it will be this week.
Peterson University Flake in a Crown Jewels pot while doing some shortwave radio listening this evening. Good propagation today as I heard several strong amateur radio stations from Europe as well as all over the U.S. with just the built-in whip antenna.
