Passing the quarter mark of this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching Mad Dog Russo. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Going to feed the ferals soon.

2015 Quiet Nights in a Savinelli 321. This blend’s tobacco has a dark, almost blue hue to it from the fruit/wine casing and top note. Tonquin is in it too making it a little bit like Nightcap. The 2023 version I have has almost as much plume as the 2015 version, so I assume the red Virginias are aged in every issue of this blend. Well done Gregory Pease, this is fantastic. This is one of the greatest Cyprian Latakia blends out there.

Did a set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Fed all of the ferals.

LJ Peretti’s Omega in a little Grand Slam, a licorice flavored heavy English. Great flavor and nicotine. This isn’t an intensely licorice flavored blend, it’s very mild and sweet with other spices complimenting the tobaccos. The Orientals are amazing as well as in the other Peretti’s English offerings. A wonderful evening blend. Peretti’s English blends have among the highest nicotine content of many other Englishes, which may be a plus considering that Latakia blends tend to be mild.
