Having another bowl of Mac Baren Mixture: Scottish Blend this time in my Brigham Chinook Bulldog. I watched a video with the blender describing how to smoke this stuff, so I’m using it to practice smoking as “coolly” as possible. It is quite interesting how the flavours change so drastically when you can sit down and concentrate on taking your time.
