Smoking some C&D Opening Night, rubbed up, in a sandblasted Eltang lovat and catching up on the London Irish v. Worcester match. Have a great weekend everyone.

@Chaukisch Sounds good to me; is this a different clay pipe from the one with the weaving on it???I assume that hat has a great feather to go with it? A kings hat deserves a proud feather.
I'm curious, how exactly do you clean your clay pipes, especially the long ones?
On topic:
I got no proper pipe cleaners at the moment so it's the same old German clay, puffed on calmly while slowly strolling through the streets under a Northern German full moon with a glass that's just a splash short of a pint of good ol' Northern German brew.
Just now coming home and enjoying the last few puffs of a very good friend, an all American::
40% equally dark and bright Kentucky, 40% Virginia and 20% Burley.

@weezell I enjoyed the 1792 Flake in my clay pipes; I think Gawith tobacco is well suited to clays and would suit re-enactment smoking.Samuel Gawith: 1792 Flake in a Falcon with a Meer bowl...
@dino I enjoyed the Full Virginia Flake in my clay pipes. I think Gawith tobacco is well suited to clay pipes and would suit re-enactment smoking.I enjoyed a fun and entertaining Saturday ZOOM meeting with my buddies, at which I smoked some 10-year-old Full Virginia Flake in my only Dunhill, a 1964 Tanshell Zulu 83.
@renfield I enjoyed the SG Chocolate Flake in my clay pipes.Continuing with this tin of 9 year old Sam Gawith Chocolate Flake in an amber stemmed meer poker.
@Chaukisch Do you grow your own baccy???I assume that hat has a great feather to go with it? A kings hat deserves a proud feather.
