Taking a bowl of 2021 eight state burley in the Pete 606 spigot. I traded with a gent on the board here for this having never smoked it and it seems pretty good. I like a dry burley.

Well @JazzInAZ I have you to thank for this, as I am currently enjoying my first bowl of Sutliff Z50 Black Cordial in the Cob of Cobs. I’m eyeing that jar of ready-rubbed HH Old Dark Fired, probably going to give the mix a try in the morning!

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.


Currently, I just finished smoking unreleased 2021 Sutliff Virginia plug in a 2002 straight grain Karl Erik Ekstravagant A medium bend dublin sitter with a small horn ferrule accent and black acrylic saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Been watching the Dodgers-Brewers game.

Ha ha, I'm glad you like the Black Cordial -- that stuff is pretty smooth. I will say, the Cordial/ODF was not a match made in heaven. Seemed to get better as I reduced the ODF. The Cordial/Cigar Leaf worked much better, for me anyway. I will definitely be repeating that. But then, I loves me some cigar leaf, so ...
