I prepped a bowl of Brown No.4 and loaded my Peterson XL02 donegal rocky. Went ahead and gave it a light and tamp and I’m leaving it be for my morning smoke with coffee.

Just finished my morning bowl of Haunted Bookshop Cake in a Pete SPD 2011 69. I still have to smoke the rest of the bowl of Haunted Bookshop Cake from yesterday.

Smoking luxury navy flake in a Randy Wiley. This one started as a very light color, but has darkened beautifully. I love the birdseye figure on the rim of the bowl.

Did a little low calorie snacking, and smoked a bowl of year 2019 C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

A third of the way through this bowl of Uhle’s Blend 71 in a smooth straight brown family era Sasieni Mayfair 64 N Canadian with a black tapered vulcanite stem. I'll end the day with this smoke with any luck.

Squeezing in a pipe between paint coats on the bathroom ceiling. White Horses in the Kai

Match Holiday Mix in an estate Grabow Grand Duke straight carved rusticated Rhodesian that I got along with a pipe rack more as a display item than as a viable pipe. It had a chunk broken off its rim and was caked up.
I hack sawed about 3/16" off the top then rounded the edges with a rasp. Now it looks like a strawberry.
I like the stems on Grabow pipes. The older Grabows made by Linkman's in Chicago are superb but even the Sparta pipes are durable and delightful.
