I've never even been a "straight grain guy". Always went for the good cross grain and quilty, 3-D birdseye.Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my iPhone
But hey..couldn't argue with this one - especially for the price.

Funnily enough I was the same until I had them in my collection, I find them especially good at handling VaPers and straight Va’s.I've never even been a "straight grain guy". Always went for the good cross grain and quilty, 3-D birdseye.

In short, no. My taste buds are fried though, not sure I’d notice what some might. There is a metal tube through most if not all my satous, I need to look at my other bamboo closer and see how they did it. I’d say most of my collection has bamboo, I love how it looks and the pipes are quite lightweight. This is something I’ve been meaning to learn about, good question! My only bamboo shank pipe is a Kaywoodie Mandarin which I generally use for mild English blends but I’m curious, as bamboo is so absorbent do you find they ghost easily?
measurement error.. makes me think of thisI also weighed it today after clean. It came at 51g after the clean (No of bowls smoked 523). It has been coming at 52 g consistently for a very long time then it weighed 50 g last time. I would say these are standard errors of measurement but not sure why it would be so.
