I felt like that would be a bit much. But it is 1 of my favorites and regular must haves. And after smoking tons of it. The stuff has a bit of molasses I swear. Not a lot but it's a bit sticky the same way loose leaf chaw is. And also my chew the tobacco to help determine the casing says it's got some too as well as the smoke. A small amount that is like adding a sugar cube to a cuppa Earl Grey, the taste is still tea mostly but it's not as harsh as it could be.Come on man, you couldn't have used '3' instead of 'few' ?
Going to have to give you 2 points for that 1.
Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am half way through this bowl of 2018 Sutliff Walnut Match in a 1974 smooth brown slight bend Tinderbox Aalborg freehand made by Nording with a black vulcanite stem. I'm surprised to discover that I never photographed this pipe, which I got in 1979 from my then-girl friend's brother for $14. Gonna have to do that today. Magnum Roastery Jamaican Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink.
What did you think? Finally piped a tin of SPC anniversary dark flake and have some out drying to try in a Savinelli 606 KS View attachment 173524
Yep, winter gets to be kind of a dead period - walks outside, occasionally in the garage, rare road trips but not like this amazing late summer and early fall has been! It's reassuring that I'm not the only one having trouble with the wind. I wasn't sure if everyone else got to smoke inside, or had figured out the technique to smoke in any conditions outside!
Here I am, trying to figure out the secrets with my @peteguy-repaired Kaywoodie and Revor Plug. I prepared it the "right" way today, slicing off a flake and rubbing it out. That definitely helped with getting it lit!
