Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm nearing the half way mark on this bowl of Watch City Rouxgaroux in a late 50s, early 60s Comoy’s straight smooth dark brown Deluxe 20 billiard with a silver cap military mount and a black vulcanite tapered stem. The next production of this blend that Ernie and I created will be available at the end of the month. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Giants-Dodgers game with Sleepy Suzy by my side. Molly is snoozin' on m'lady's lap.

Sydney, Australia
1st bowl of the day - Esoterica Margate in a
Small Bulldog with saddle horn stem. WHC in oval for William Carrington of Manchester above France on shank. No hallmarks on silver work, so presumably a pipe meant for export.

Glass of 1964 Janneau Armagnac. Fancy labelling with dragons, and even more fanciful copywriting, so obviously aimed at the Chinese market.image.jpgimage.jpg

Did a few stretching exercises, and am nearing the half way mark on this bowl of Wilke No. 111 in a smooth medium bend 1938-1948 Peterson Shamrock Killarney 9BC with a nickel band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem.
