Enjoyed a tasty pancakes and orange slices lunch, and am close to finishing this bowl of unreleased Sutliff Black Virginia Plug in a undated James Upshall P DS Tilshead England Made By Hand L185 Canadian with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
Half way through this bowl of Peterson and Sorensen Skipper Navy Special Cut in an undated (1970s?) unbranded straight paneled sandblasted Tanshell Dunhill second with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
I've just finished a plateful of haggis to ready myself for smoking a new meerschaum bowl filled with Revor. I'm washing it down with a pint of alcohol free dark ale.
Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2014 Sutliff 1849 in a medium bend smooth dark brown 1968 Barling 5631 London England TVF billiard silver spigot with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Getting ready to watch the Braves-Brewers game.
Enjoying a bowl of PS. English Luxury in a Falcon Sheleighly with a Meerschaum bowl for the evening puff!
Enjoy your pipes and your evening my friends!
C&D Eight State Burley in one of my older pipes (aside from the few I still can’t locate) — sandblast Viking Dublin. I suppose it has a military mount but I didn’t know such things when I bought it some 25 years ago. (I think in St. Louis). I thought the deep but somewhat narrow chamber might work well with this tobacco and so far so very good. Burning evenly and giving off a really sweet flavor.
Coffee and water on the side. Chores — including stripping wax off two surfboards — all done.
A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 HU Sunset in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Relaxing outdoors smoking a deliciously made blend by WCC nor'easter in a old Chap Ecume.
And have a pipe waiting wor some lizzy red english from Wilke.
