I was finally able to get in a smoke this evening. SAV 140 in a Mastro de Paja 3\4 bent Bella
2012 Astleys no 44 Dark Flake in a Jack Howell Bulldog.
I'm almost half way through this bowl of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
Smoking a delicious bowl of Orlik Golden Sliced in a chunky Cellini Original Chimney.
SG Best Brown Flake in a Falcon standard straight with a dublin bowl.

Whole leaf blend.
50% dark stoved Kentucky. Cased with maple syrup, molasses and black spiced rum prior to stoving.
50% unstoved Kentucky(to give back some kick)
Cut into ribbon, mixed and sprayed with tonka bean soaked in bourbon, then pressed into a cake.
Sweet and smooth from the stoved kentucky, matched with stout and earthy from the straight Kentucky.
With a side of the black spiced rum(lemon hart) in a cob.

Just finished smoking Watch City Virginia/Oriental Prototype 2 in a 1978 smooth dark brown Danish Special medium bend tapered egg with a black vulcanite tapered stem.
Replaced the fuel filter on the old truck late in the afternoon. It‘s not hard, but it’s messy. I wore nitrile gloves and my fingers still smell like gasoline (or petrol, if you prefer). Hell, gasoline is all I smelled for hours. Then I followed up with fast food for supper. A pipe only sounded good to me a little while ago. So ... how does one follow up a prolonged assault of the senses?

Now smoking Prince Albert in a 2020 smooth light brown, slight bent J. Everett straight grain chubby author with a spalted birch ferrule and a black saddle vulcanite stem in the military mount style.
