Late post, yesterday I started the day off with a bowl of EMP in a Boswell sitter, I also had a bowl of Bobs Ch Flake in my Pete 221, today I’m aiming at Cape Fear a house blend aro from Davis and Sons in my recently added Boswell stubby nose warmer rusticated
Trip planning and procrastination - before she left for the weekend the wife casually mentioned she ordered an extra wreath from the Boy Scouts and wouldn’t it look nice on the door of the garden shed way back in the backyard, lol. Code for,”it would sure be nice if you finished painting it”, lol. So, one remaining side needs a second coat and all the trim will get primed once it warms up this morning. I detest painting. Chilling at the counter with a Doug Finlay @doug535 chubby apple and Boswell’s Cherry Vanilla.

Exclusive in an Eltang Acorn Snail. From looking at the grain and price of a bunch of snails, I’d say this is on the lower end. Eltang doesn’t make a bad pipe though, it’s a keeper. The super snails are $$$$. Someday maybe

Interestingly, it barely fits a regular pipe cleaner, meaning it’s what many would consider a less than open draw. At least compared to my other pipes. It smokes great. I don’t think I like a super wide draw but this is an area I need to investigate more as suggested by @AppalachianPipe92
Nothing says, “I hate to paint” like getting another bowl ready. Soon, Boswell’s Hunter’s Choice in my lone Morgan Bones - if owning one makes me a “fanboy” (as I was called, lol) then I embrace it! Cool looking, smokes great and $45!

Kristiansen Bulldog with stylized saddle stem. Filled with old style Telescopes - a blend that is both comforting and calming.
New month, new pipe. Rattrays Distillery Bully. Very excited about this one. It's light and well balanced with a large but not too bowl. The copper band is a nice touch as well. This is my first bowlful and it's smoking like it's the 40th. Amazing, I haven't had to relight it in the past half hour. Might be my packing skills progressing but some of the blame has to be construction and coating. Also my first over hundred dollar pipe, so I'm very glad it's a goodun'. Also, Clipper has some steel bodied models for around 11 bucks out there right now. You can see that my pockets are always full of some kind of fasteners, it's already scratched all to hell and I've had it for like 3 days.
One more day of Moss Rock Art Shows, and I am smoking McC’s Red Cake in my Tinsky dog.
