The Sir Douglas was an easy 35-40 min smoke. One match light with no re-lights.
It’s short length and 38gm weight made it an easy clench, even though I usually smoke pipe in hand.

@Dave760 Five Brothers seems a popular baccy choice for clay pipes!Earlier I had Five Brothers in a clay, then SWR Aromatic in a MM Morgan. Now I'm about half way through a bowl of 4th Generation 2012 in a Peterson Arklow. This is my first bowl of the latter, and I'm really enjoying it.
@gamzultovah Great pipe; I love vintage clays! The Clay King only ever smoked 1 clay bowl of McClelland; at last year's Nottingham Pipe Show. Can't remember which one...McClelland #27 Virginia in a clay.
