Cold, wet, drizzly night in the 416. Great thing about a dog is that regardless of the weather, they haul your ass outside for a walk. With this kind of weather, there is nothing but English going into my pipe. WCC The Churchwarden in a cob is doing the trick nicely.

A very enjoyable burly forward blend. Smoked very well with hints of cocoa, and a sweet nuttiness I'd expect from a quality burly blend. I think a bit of age will really bring this together nicely.

Thanks buddy! It's from 1926. I got it for a steal because it was in such bad shape but a little Gflex and elbow grease and it smokes great.
WCC The Churchwarden was so nice on my drizzly walk, that I’ve packed my Bringham Klondike Bulldog and headed to The Smoky Hideout to continue the party. Warmer and dryer here with the added benefit of being able to watch the Raptors play Orlando.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm on the diet until Thursday. Enjoying a rare section of leisure time these days with a comforting bowl of year 2013 Stonehaven in a straight black sandblasted 1957 Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem. I've a third of a bowl left in this Barling, which is my favorite pipe for many reasons. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
Yet another bowl of GH Bob's Chocolate Flake in a Peterson bent Aran. This is getting to be a regular occurrence.
