Yum. My favourite is Brittany style galletes, with cream cheese, salmon and calvados.Ah yea I understand, in the Bretagne they do it as dinner, with bacon cheese and whatever comes along.
But my favourite is Crêpe Suzette. It takes some time. Delicious with slices of fresh oranges and some orange zests fried in a prepared pan of candid sugar, butter, and a certain amount of orange liquor like Grand Marnier. Let the Crêpes soak into it.
Maybe I fetch my crepe pan on sunday.
