A minute or two away from smoking year 2018 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

Going to have Esoterica Pembroke (2021) in a Savinelli Linea 76 06 Bent Egg.
The Linea 76 line was produced in 1976 to mark Savinelli's 100th anniversary—there were six models produced, and they were marketed as featuring shapes of a more modern style.
I believe the Linea 76 06 shape was a reimagined version of the Nonpareil 9006:
With the 06, it retained the flaired shank of the Nonpareil and had the stem taper back to the button, resulting in the odd bulge where the the shank and stem meet:
I believe the 660 (one of my favourite shapes) was the direct descendant of the 06 and grandchild of the Nonpareil 9006:

Had a bowl of Country Squire's 2022 Holiday Blend: Figgy Pudding in a Winslow Crown freehand. A fine smoke that was a real hit with the bystanders. Also tried the Swedish Three Stars matches I ordered and everything worked as advertised.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Seattle Pipe Club Hogshead plug in a well appreciated medium bend, smooth brown pre-Republic Peterson 999 Dublin chubby Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem.
3 Sails mixed with C&D White Burley in a Rossi.
It smokes fantastic! I ordered a nicer one today.
