A third of the way through this bowl from a freshly opened first production tin (2013) of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Just finished sanding and oiling the stem and waxing the bowl of this Shalom estate pipe I've recently bought. Thinking what to dedicate ot to. Strikes me as an English blends pipe...hmmmm...I think I'll feed it with some Dunhill Standard Mixture

Hello chaps, it’s been a while but all’s well. I’ve been in a love affair with Viprati these last few weeks, a fantastic VaPer with some fired burley in there that elevates it to something exceptional imho. I’m just finishing my first bowl of the day (1960’s Donegal Rocky Bulldog) with my coffee. Now I’m moving on to Germain’s 1820 Flake courtesy of @marconi (thanks mate ?) in a 1921Masta Patent Pipe, this is perhaps my absolute favourite tobacco and rare as hens teeth these days. Smoked a clay bowl of Clan in 1min 35s; still practicing for the clay pipe smoking championships!

Still got 1/3 packet of Clan left - should I give it away or smoke it???

I can almost smell all that pipe smoke - and some of it will be mine when I take part
That room must smell so good!!!

White Cubed Burley in an old Savinelli Root that I refurbished and added a band. Still not sure about this burley… a residual sweetness to it. I like the nuttiness, but the sweet makes it seem…. Cheapened, or more of an OTC blend. But, I’m giving it a shot.
