Thanks. It's neat writing to you. Can I please ask what tribe you are from? I had ancestors who were Quakers in Pennsylvania. They had a policy against fighting with the Natives.
Shawnee

The name Chasing Embers is actually the name gifted to me by my maternal grandmother, my birthday name is Duane. I'm part Scots-Irish and Native.

Trying to vicariously enjoy a pipe from everyone’s posts. I’ve had a terrible cold now for about 4-5 days. Missing the pipe.
That makes me feel better about not being able to smoke for a couple of days, and maybe not today either: at least I don't have the cold. I recommend dosing yourself with rum, sugar, lemon and hot water - you may not be able to taste a thing but after a while, you won't care :-/

Last smoke of the day is Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend.

Idong,South Korea.
That's really cool and makes sense.
One thing that attracts me to Cherokee is that it's a Native-grown blend. I wrote a bit about some Native tobacco mixes that I tried in my introduction post here:

Can I please ask if you've tried other versions of Cherokee?
I have not.I purchased this bag purely out of curiosity.
