You’re getting some beautiful coloring on that my buddy!
That's not even the best side, as the other side has more color to it. It's my oldest meer, so it's had lots of smokes over the years. I definitely need to smoke it more, but then I would be neglecting my other pipes, and we wouldn't want that. LOL

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star mmmMocha, neat, is my drink. Watching Bat Masterson with Sleepy Suzy by my side.

Charatan Black Flake (why is it called that?) in a Kiplay, whilst checking on the bare-root strawberries that came in the post and I potted up in the greenhouse last week. The Charatan is taking some time to get to know - like some old friend, very conversational, who will happily discuss the weather, football and car mechanics but who you can't get started on the dimensionality of Time, the Apostolic Succession or the meaning of out-of-body experiences. The word I'm looking for is, I think, "uncomplicated". YMMV, of course.
