It certainly is! If you know where to look you can just about make out broughty ferry castle in the distance, if you've never read William McGonnagal's autobiography it's available online and is one of the most unintentionally hilarious texts around

Thanks, @SmokeyJock - I never knew the great man penned an autobiography, and this is splendid news as I am an admirer of his poetic works... I like to recite his 'An Ode To The Immortal Bard Of Ayr, Robert Burns' at Burns Night suppers (until the company begs me to stop).
