Enjoyed a tasty lunch, spent a litle time outside with Harry the Hairy, and have passed the last third of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Coffee from a freshly opened bag of Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy Dark Roast, neat, is my drink. Very good coffee although the dark roasting moderately tones down the Kona flavor.

I broke in the new Armellini Canadian estate pipe i purchased from Reborn Pipes in Canada which seems particularly fitting for my first Canadian style pipe. puffy

I stuffed it with some Luxury Bullseye Flake I jarred back in '20.
The LBF has completely married so that it presents more of a singular flavor rather than the separate components that are more prevalent when the blend if fresh.

The pipe smokes beautifully and the pebblelike rusticated finish feels great in the hand.
It was originally made for The Tinderbox line of tobacconists and bears their stamp.
This is my second Armellini pipe and I highly recommend them if you can find one, they are a small Italian pipemaker now operated by the founder's daughter and her son.

Passing the quarter mark of this bowl of Wilke Pickett’s Charge in a post-WW2 straight smooth brown pre-Republic Peterson’s Dublin 3 bulldog with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Working a little while longer as I listen to The Great Gildersleeve from my radio collection. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Happy Fall everyone! Been smoking regularly, just haven't been taking pics. :) An absolutely lovely, windy, fall afternoon after brunch out. Enjoying some Corn Cob Pipe (and a Button Nose) in my recently-received Ashton Pipe Club of London Pipe of the Year '25 bent poker. Really a good smoker so far. And a bit of amateur radio on the side.

My wife bought me the Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Joseph Rodgers Gentleman's Smokers Knife with Redwood for our anniversary. Love that woman.

Hope you are all enjoying what I personally think is the best pipe-smoking season!

PS: first time I've actually needed one of those wind screens, and really helped!

I've been finding that pipes and radio go well together. Great rig, do you ever work any of the birds with that Kenwood?
