I want to get me a Christmas pipe. I almost bought a Savinelli St. Nicholas 106 at my local shop, but I ended up buying a different pipe. I like the idea of owning a Christmas pipe though, I like yours here, really nice pipe my friend.

Rain is on the way but was able to take a break and enjoy a bottle of water and some Escudo in my handmade Bruno Nuttens Bing. I really love the balance of the pipe, the stem and the copper band, etc.
My friend, the illustrious @PaulRVA, who introduced me to Bruno's stellar work, uses a miniature Persian rug for his pipe photos.
As a "tip of the hat" to Paul, I actually found that my wife had a "mini-rug" under a figurine so I borrowed it to place the Bing on for the photo. It is not as nice as Paul's little Persian, but it's a start,

Man you hit it out of the park with that score. It’s a beautiful Bing and I’m thrilled you snagged it before I saw it. The Vulcanite and Grain really sets it off too!
We have to step up our rug game as @TheIronMonkey is working on a living room ensemble

I finished dinner and cleaning up the associated mess. Now, it’s time for a bowl of Capstan Gold RR in my Orlik bent billiard. This pipe is dedicated to Virginias and the occasional VaPer. Usually, it is filled with Capstan or Sutliff VA slices.
