18 mile run! I'm impressed! I'm blown at 1 mile. Around here we have certifiably insane runners who do an annual 100 mile extreme run, on mountain trails, in February.
Sorry for your loss. A very poignant and important thought.Lost a really good friend of 34 years this morning. He gave a really good run of it at almost 92
He had no vice or I’ll towards anyone. Retired Barber and Sports Announcer here in Richmond.
I will miss talking Box Scores and his recaps of local sports and Stories of his Service in Korea.
Go see an old friend folks as they may be gone tomorrow……

Sorry for your loss. A very poignant and important thought.
A friend of mine stopped off to watch a basketball game on the way to visit his mother in the nursing home, and she died while he was at the ballgame. He’s never forgiven himself. He’d tell you he should, and that much is right, but he never will.
Rocky Patel Platinum Toro while playing golf. Bought two boxes of these on Cigar Page at a great price, happy I did.

Now you've done it. You've piqued my interest in that tobacco. Might fit in with Capt. Black Cherry as a morning favourite!New Falcon, New Dan Tobacco. Love the pipe, undecided on the Blue Note. Love the tin note but the smoke kinda tastes like bubble gum.
Thanks, the texture has a great feel to it too.Absolutely gorgeous pipe. Almost makes me want an Italian pipe.
Luxury flake, eh? Well, of course no way you’d want to smoke po’ boys flake with a pipe that nice and historic! I can only dream of getting one that dark before I die. This 1905 Pete Meer with custom poured stem by Fletch. Been smoking Various Flakes all day. Mainly Luxury Flake
Also yesterday I pulled another 18 hour run. Smoked most of the day, but here’s the sunrise and sunsets hours from home
My late mother loved getting sunrise and sunset pictures from the road.

When new, I thought it tasted like meh cheap tobacco, and it was indeed inexpensive back then. When I buy more, I hope I don’t have to wait that long for the new big tins to cellar the 65% Virginias. This stuff is now bursting with flavor.A thought struck me as I viewed this latest post of yours. We should start an in-thread lottery based on them including:
1. What shirt you're wearing
2. What cigar you're smoking
3. Judging by the smile or frown, what you did or failed to do on the hole
Provide me with the stats ahead of time, and I'll volunteer to publish the stats after the post, and keep track of the results.
Prizes could include a used cigar stub from the hole, a framed photo of the post, and the grand prize of the year, one of the shirts you wore so the lucky recipient of the prize so it can be used as a smoking shirt. Let me know what you think . . . .
Love these posts, btw!
