Wrapped up some final ranch chores by following the lead of @BrightDarkEyes , Mac Baren HH Acadian Perique in a MM Dagner Poker. Shame that the whole HH line is now out to pasture, but I'm happy to have stocked up on Lat Flake while I could. 8/10

Bird report: Steller's jay, California scrub-jay, California towhee, House finch, American crow, Western bluebird, Mountain chickadee, Oak titmouse, Northern flicker, California quail, Dark-eyed junco (just a straggler), Violet-green swallow, Anna's hummingbird, Spotted towhee, and Blue-grey gnatcatcher.

Happy weekend all!

Yes, it is sad to see its demise along with Sutliff. I will miss the few blends I have gotten to try.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.
