It’s not the best, but I find it to be an OK pipe tobacco. Good basic tobacco that can be smoked all day, like comfort food.

Having said that since Mark Ryan used to manufacture Three Castles: Three Sails is exactly the same as Three Castles under a different name, and Three Castles had a huge fan following.

Did a set of walking reps, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Lunch follows this smoke. Watching the Phillies-Jays game.
