I don’t love C&D but that sounds pretty good.
I’ve only had a handful of C&D blends and I didn’t love em. I have some Bijou and Sun Bear stashed that I’ve not tried yet.Every blend they make or some?
Also, not sure your smoking style, but dry out your blends, just as they start getting crispy, and see what you think.
With some VAs, I’ll also squeeze a pinch, and if I can still feel even the slightest moisture, I’ll dry a little more till gone.
Blends with some moisture, sometimes tend to not be as smooth, or flavorful, and more irritating on the mouth.
I’m doing most blends now, just as they start getting crispy, and the differences are amazing.
Now smoking KBV Prince of Wales in a straight smooth terracotta 2014 Sherlock Holmes Baker Street bulldog with sterling silver band and a tapered black p-lip stem. I have review mostly written, but am deciding on what the casing is, and I think I've figured it out.

Congrats!John Marr in a Lovat by Pipes by Lee. This blend does seem to like roomier chambers.
We’re closing on a property in the desert we can have our horses on, I might be scarce here for a bit…

I doubt it. Joe created over one hundred blends and kept the recipes. Over many years, Joe would go to Seattle Pipe Club meetings with something he made just for that meeting, and only those folks got to smoke them. He even made one for me. It was a five pound block of Mississippi River made with aged McClelland tobaccos with a decent amount of yenidje added to the mix.Jim, is this the last of the Joe Lankford blends?
