Had a bowl of Sutliffe Medium English in my MM CG. This blend is definitely growing on me, especially now that I'm serious about practicing the breath method. I also had prepacked this 48ish hours prior, I only intended to do it 24 hours but wasn't able to smoke last night. I got the best ember I've ever had and had the fewest relights I've ever needed.

Hopefully, this will be my last smoke of the day. Time to feed the ferals. Shy Stripesy has been showing up again the last three days, but she looks disheveled, and neglected. After more than two years of feeding her, she's still afraid of me, but she was sitting on the mat in front of the back door. Guess that doesn't mean much because she runs as soon as I come out, but I put down food for her away from Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave. And the black cat that has started showing up about a couple of months is afraid of me, too. Well, I do the best I can especially because Daisy and Tomato are afraid of them, and let those two eat their food without a fight.

Happy Monday, after a bowl of EMP in a cob on drive in, I’m now having my codger blend (which I keep topping off with just Yorktown as tin goes down and temps go up) in a Briarlee Illustrious.
EMP in a Pete Jeckyl & Hyde pipe. All Peterson again this morning. Already got in a 45 minute stationary bike workout while fasting over night to maximize the fat burn. Cool rainy day here, nice recovery time sitting in the garage smoking and having a breakfast of champions with the rain gently falling outside. Hope the smoke will turn me back into Dr. Jeckyl for the day.
