I have to admit, when the chatter started for BSF, all the talk about careful prep and even more careful sipping to get the flavor out made me doubtful that my smoking milieu would work for it. So I passed. Hope you’re able to make it work for you!

It's funny... I pulled a tin of 2021 Cobblestone Vanilla custard out of my glove box earlier this evening that had been in there for 2 years... Needed a smoke on the drive to Mass. This thing had been exposed 110°+ and - 15° temps multiple times... Seal broken when purchased. Still tasted/smelled/smoked absolutely phenomenal. 
Making a blast like this must be so very satisfying. To you, Mr. Erk, and to you @tnfan for enjoying and sharing a pic of it for all of us!

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2016 Sutliff Revelation Match in a straight smooth brown post-WWII Kingsway (Comoy’s) London Made 61 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Snacking follows this smoke.
Now smoking Wilke No. 524 in an undated, unbranded, slight bend smooth darker brown made in France Los Alton VBF zulu with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Just finished smoking Wilke No. 222 in an undated, unbranded straight smooth dark brown made in France Los Alton VBF billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Now smoking year 2017 E-soterica Dorchester in a straight smooth brown 1920s KBB Rocky Briar 1582 patent no.298978 with a B in a circle bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
