My first pipe in over a week. My cold is clearing up and the wildfire smoke has now joined the results of a massive dust storm to try to prevent me from smoking. I must persevere, however, so it's Derringer(what else?) in a straight Falcon with a blasted meer lined apple bowl. Wish me luck.

Yup. Same mess of smoke and dust at my place. Can't stop sneezing. Such fun this spring has been in the SW. Good luck with your pipe. I think I'll just abstain for today

Lazy'd out this am, and bought coffee at BK. yech.... had a nice bowl of Artisan pirate's cake blend (1/2 artisans, 1/2 pirate cake).... of course the coffee was so bitter that I blew through the lightly packed bowl quickly and had a little Peterson flake in a clay to round out the morning.

I've been watching that crack since around 2010, happened on my last deployment, but is still fine... one day I will have to make a bridle for it, but I guess I'll wait till it leaks/cracks through first.... this is a 17 year old cob that has been smoked hard and put up wet.... she has been around the world multiple times and seen some craziness, but is still going strong......

I keep Stok espresso shots on hand for tepid coffee and a little energy boost.

They are cheap on Amazon, free at 7/11, and come in small creamer containers. A shot or two make yuck into yum (or at least palatable) and easy to grab if I know I'm getting coffee on the run.
