Good day all! Started with Peterson 3P's in a small Tilshead smooth Dublin with flattened shank and stem size 3-4. I join with Carol remembering all who have fallen, with a special call out for the State Department AID.
Between the bands of rain I was able to get all the critters fed and essential chores completed.
So, it’s time to sit down and have a contemplative smoke. One of deep reflection and appreciation on this Memorial Day.
To those who have served thank you! To those of you who have lost someone who has served, my deepest condolences and respect. I know that in my many years of service, I had to say goodbye way too many times.?
Decided to smoke the the large bowled Armellini Freehand, With a 50/50 mixture of some 2010 C&D Peaches N Cream, 2010 Boswell Christmas Cookie and a nice pinch of 2021 C&D Latakia. A cup of Pu’erh tea accompanying.

At my wife's request, I selected Wilke's Butterscotch Black Cavendish for this bowl, in a Nording freehand. They enjoy the room note, I enjoy the tobacco.

@Chasing Embers I tried the Scarecrow in my clay pipes; not my favourite but I enjoyed trying it out. Because of the popularity of the "Worzel Gummidge" books & the TV series here in England, I can't see a scarecrow without imagining them moving!
I also think that Merrylegs (my sword ?️ training figure) will get his own back for attacking him
