About to fire up a smoke of MacBaren Golden Extra in a Big Ben Barbados

What are your (or other's) thoughts on the Big Ben Barbados?

I have one and would consider it a reverse calabash and nose warmer. The rim is small, which is not an issue (and no rim charring is possible). It has an open draw, which I love, and the chamber is deceptively larger than expected (I thought it would be more of a pocket pipe for a quick smoke).

I hear it's supposed to be similar to an Al Pascia Curvy. I think the Barbados is Simi but skinner.

I'm curious to know thoughts on the Curvy as well.

A reverse calabash has a large open chamber in the mortise for cooling the smoke like the gourd section of a traditional calabash.
