Enjoyed a tasty navel orange, and am almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2021 unreleased Sutliff Black Virginia flake in a late 80's, early 90s James Upshall P DS Tilshead England Made By Hand L185 Canadian with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I have been rather busy of recent. I have been so tied up I have not even had time to 'like' the various posts on this section or even tell you about anything I am smoking. I guess this is what comes for going 'hell bent' on trying to wrap up and retire. I am smoking this late 1880s well colored meerschaum 'cutty' pipe with amber stem and 18k decorative gold band. I am not sure who made this pipe although if I was to hazard a guess I would say it is either of French or Austrian manufacture. In terms of tobacco I am back to enjoying my rotation favorite of Coniston Cut Plug which seems to have survived the latest round of Gawith flavoring shrinkflation!

My wife tells me constantly that a “splash” can’t be half the involved vessel, but, dammit, what does she know?
Well, if she’s like my wife, she knows everything ;).

Speaking of my lovely wife, she’s joining me on the porch as we enjoy this perfect, late spring evening. Sipping bourbon and listening to our favorite tunes, as the air in the neighborhood is filled with the intoxicating aroma of backyard cookouts.

G&H Rum Flake in a cob and Elijah Craig Barrel Proof B522. Cheers!

Samuel Gawith Grousemoor in a MM Apple Diplomat, with a Forever Stem.

For the TAD Hunters, put this on your list! ;)

This is not a yucky soapy grandma Lakeland, more like light floral, fruit notes, and very well done, not heavy at all. ;)

Tastes like a very high quality VA!

@vosBghos I told you’d I’d pack a bowl, this stuff is so yummy ?.

Be well everyone! ❤️

Close to finishing this bowl of C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Dinner follows this smoke.
