Enjoyed a tasty cinnamon raisin French toast lunch with orange slices on the side. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2017 Esoterica Dorchester in a straight smooth brown 1920s KBB Rocky Briar 1582 patent no.298978 with a B in a circle bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Cleaning three estate pipes as I watch the Yankees-White Sox game.

Finishing off baggie of some nice dry WCC Old Dominion in a MM cob. Not so dry va in a briar confused me. Dry va in a cob is a much more enjoyable experience. Still think I’m a burley guy but I do see the va love.View attachment 146754
I'm also a burley guy. However, my favorite Virginias are Virginia Gentleman and PS Luxury Twist Flake. Both are sweet and very forgiving yet bring the taste you'd expect from a Virginia.

SG Squadron Leader in an originally unfinished Savinelli straight saddle stem smooth panel billiard that has how taken on a matte walnut stain look, and may eventually become polished as if with wax, but with no wax applied. In about an hour, I may start watching the run-up to the Preakness Stakes horse race in Baltimore, post time just after 7 p.m. See my OP on that, if interested.
