Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Have a little more work to do.

About a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke Peanut Butter in a 2016 quarter bend Royal Meerschaum fluted paneled brandy meer with a black, gold and cream swirl amber colored acrylic tapered stem. This will finish my smoking day.

To my Orthodox friends, Christos Anesti! Christos Voskrese!
Our Easter was Sunday, and I had my first smoke since our Palm Sunday last week. While out in the gazebo, I enjoyed a bowl of 2015 Robert Lewis Tree Mixture, with a pinch of very old Syrian Latakia from my dwindling stash, in a MM Country Gentleman with a bent stem. The afternoon temperature dropped dramatically, minute by minute over the course of the hour. Luckily, I had some Jack Daniel's Single Barrell Barrell Proof (135°), to warm my cockles.

Up early because the absentee owner next door (who has never lived there) sent a lawn mowing crew out. I went outside, and put a stop to it. The boneheads mowing lawns at 7:30? They said they wouldn't do it again. They ought to know that some people aren't awake that early. Well, I'm half way through this bowl of circa year 2000 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Grumble, grumble, grumble...
