My pipe for today is a Yello Bole Regus Patoff windsor shape, and in it I packed some Capstan Navy Cut. Smooth, cool, great flavor, stays lit very easy... no downside.

As a recent born again piper I've tried just a few tobaccos. Started with Clan (old favourite) then Condor, then a special loose bought Black Cherry and finally Petersons Old Dublin. Well, the Petersons is favourite by a long way and my daily smoke.
Don't know much about other baccies and would like recommendations for building up a small collection of really nice smokes, after the style of my 'Old Dublin'.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures Yoshimi's Robo Burlesque in a smooth three quarter bend 1979 made in Israel billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Watching The Hallelujah Trail. A fun movie with a lot of stars and character actors I like.
Earlier today, while laying in a hammock in the wilderness, I had a great bowl of Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake in a Bones hanging brandy.

Last smoke of the day is Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 1978 smooth full bend Dr. Grabow Omega military mount with a nickel band and a black vulcanite stem with a p-lip. Time to clean some dishes.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. Ennerdale Flake in a Rossi Vittoria 8804. This evil essence has me in its clutches again.
Enjoyed some 2008 Gawith Hoggarth Dark Flake unscented in a Stanwell Golden Danish to start the day, along with some coffee. A winning “wake up” combination!
WCC Rouxgaroux in a Ashton XXX Brindle pot.
I had half of a flake of PS LNF in a jar, and a half of a flake of Peterson’s IF in another jar, so I figured “what the hell.” It’s actually a very tasty combination.
