View attachment 378084A rather chilly morning. Bob’s Chocolate Flake in a WDC Dutch Billiard. This is the model of pipe Lee Van Cleef smokes on The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
What are the stampings on it? I always thought it was a wdc Lee was smoking and not a Peterson but wasn't sure. Love those movies.

Feeling a bit in a doom metal mood so I started off my morning listening to Graveyard Uncomfortably Numb with a bowl of GLP Jack Knife Plug in a Brebbia ‘1960’ Nera Sabiatta bent bulldog with a cup of hot coffee ☕️, pure and undiluted as Odin would want. Now listening to The Sword Warp Riders while I move into the work day. View attachment 378040
I'm always in a doom metal mood! That's awesome! I haven't really listened to Graveyard so I'll give it a try. I'm more into the gothic side of doom metal than the stoner side myself, but I do still like bands like Electric Wizard, etc. Hey, speaking of doom metal, one of my favorite acts right now is Godthrymm. It features Hamish, who used to be in My Dying Bride, as the songwriter, vocalist and lead guitarist. They've got clean vocals that probably cater to more folks than the death metal-type vocals.

I
Getting psyched for Moolietown today.
If I get JUST drunk enough, I may crash Nashville proper and spend untold thousands for a ticket to the SEC tourney to watch my CATS topple abalama.

Steamworks.. Musico..

I love that lots of people are showing pictures of themselves today. I think that's cool: it connects faces to names on this forum. And what's cooler (to us anyway) than seeing folks clenching an awesome pipe?

My first pipe full of Hobo’s Blend # 1 (2/3 Bouy Gold 1/3 Smoker’s Pride Cherry) is as sweet and smooth as a caroling angel, in my stainless, unvarnished, and unpainted Virgin Straight Grain Ted Laird 8-12 Giant Freehand 1/8 bent Poker. Not one fill, ripple, wave or blemish on this masterpiece of the late Ted Laird of Freeborn County Minnesota. Ted Laird milled the bottom as flat as my glass table, and every line on the bowl and shank was perfectly shaped , by hand in the home shop of a social worker.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the cats except for the still absent Abner the Eager. Phone chatting with a good friend. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
