I’m smoking some field and stream match in a new to me meer with some espresso. First time trying this pipe and tobacco and I’m liking both!
Earlier, I did a set of walking reps under cloudy skies. The rain will be back, but hopefully will stay away when it's time to do my second set of walks. Anyway, I smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am nearing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Lavazza Espresso, neat, is my drink.

It is. Its one of their favored house blends ... formulated over 50 yrs ago ...per their site ... semi-sweet english like blend. Good Stuff.

Just had a really great smoke of C&D Visions of Celephais in its MM Hardwood. One match was all it took to get going, and I might have been able to complete it on finger-tamping alone without any relights if I didn’t have to go inside and take care of something at about the 3/4 mark. Pretty exciting stuff for someone at my skill level!
