Off to work with a bowl of year 2020 D&R Raccoon’s Delight in my very reliable smooth straight post-1938 pre-Republic Peterson Sterling Canadian 263 with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Listening to William Conrad as Matt Dillon in Gunsmoke on the XM.

Half and Half in this little corn shanked arbutus zublin I made. Hoping for warmer weather so I can smoke a big stinky cigar in comfort on my back deck.

Now smoking Jim's Virginia in a smooth brown 1976 GBD Seventy Six 256 lumberman with a black vulcanite saddle stem. My first Canadian-style pipe that I bought in 1982 as an estate for twenty bucks. Time to feed the ferals.

Did a little snacking, and am passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Wilke Crystal Palace in a dark brown smooth straight post-WW2 LHS Certified Purex 79 bulldog with a nickel ferrule and tenon with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Hope it was a great birthday @sjohnston0311. Although I had lined up HH Pure Virginia and WCC 558, I ended up smoking two bowls of Opening Night first. Smoked both in my Savinelli 114 Porto Cervo which may end up being dedicated to this blend. Will have to get something to smoke the other Virginia blends in.

Now smoking year 2018 Mac Baren Acadian Perique in a straight smooth brown 1933-36 KBB Yello-Bole Honey Cured Briar 2384 Acorn with a tapered yellow rock ambra stem. Have a little more work to do before I finish this page.
